Maneki Ramen is a Tokyo-inspired ramen shop, serving modern interpretations. of Japanese noodle bowls + snacks, in a repurposed railway arch.

" My work with A Rule of Tum started in Burger Shop Worcester. I used to enjoy making simple Japanese dishes for the staff.

After many hours of writing a menu based upon my memories and experiences living and working in Asia, it felt right to open a restaurant where the food was from the cuisine I enjoyed the most, both to cook and eat.

We are constantly trying to improve our flavours and methods to achieve this via research and testing new dishes. I’m also very fortunate that the whole team at Maneki Ramen is also striving for perfection.

Maneki Ramen is perfect for those looking to try something a little different, a casual style of food that we try to elevate and interpret in new and modern ways.

In my opinion, there is nothing better than a steaming bowl of ramen, some Japanese fried chicken and a cold beer...luckily we do all three! "
