SOURCING + SUPPLIERS
To make good food we need great ingredients. Here's a nod to our extended family of Suppliers, Makers, Brewers, Distillers and Growers that keep our menus, store cupboards, and belly's full.
We do this by building trusting relationships with our suppliers and growing AROT family, serving food that’s inspired by, and reflects the changing seasons. We believe that food is much more than just fuel, it’s about bringing together family and the community – a place where friendships flourish and ideas are born. We nourish all of these things when we eat well.
The man, The myth... Farmer Tom rears Hereford and Dexter beef along with a few traditional breeds of lamb and mutton at his farm in west Herefordshire. Reared using traditional farming methods, Tom champions the fact that all the animal have led happy, trouble free lives... and now bring you happiness by being central to a cracking plate of nosh.

Rich and Mandy of Lane Cottage Produce have been supplying the Burger Shop and The Bookshop since A Rule of Tum began. Their fresh leafy greens are simply the best, and so are the people behind it. Like every supplier we use, we love knowing where our produce comes from. It’s a nice feeling knowing that each leaf has been picked by the skillful hands of Mandy and Rich the day before it arrives on our doorstep and on to our plates.
