Last night we held the soft launch for Steak Thursday at The Bookshop and invited our family and closest friends along to try it out.
All of our steaks come from farmer Tom Jones. On his farm in west Herefordshire he rears happy, grass fed Hereford and Dexter cattle. To support a small producer sustainably, we use as much of the animal as possible. Cuts will change regularly but will always be the highest quality aged beef that Tom can produce.
Steak Thursday officially kicks off on Thursday, March 10th every week at The Bookshop from 6pm.
